Microsoft Exchange Server has traditionally been used by very large corporations to increase productivity and communications. Small businesses, on the other hand, stand to gain from its use, but have not been able to afford setting it up and maintaining it. It is the dominant product in the market of email and collaboration software.
Because emails, files, contacts, and calendars have become crucial to the day-to-day operation of all businesses, employees today want to be able to access them from anywhere and anytime. Large corporations enjoy the benefits of Microsoft Exchange, but SMBs have neither the infrastructure nor capital to give their employees mobile, secure and reliable communication.

Exchange based archiving and email services. My organization has the Small Business package, while not the cheapest, hasn’t given us any issues in almost a year of using it. The tariff scaling is well considered and the service is good. The website and staff are informative and knowledgeable, easy to contact. GuardDoc is a cool name for a service too.

Traveling for business and needing to keep consistent email between two computers was frustrating, and being self-employed meant I did not have the resources or need for my own server but I did need seamless connectivity. It was challenging until our external consultant recommended 123Together.com’s Microsoft Exchange service. It is reliable, affordable and easy to navigate. They have always responded quickly to any issues that have arisen in a personable manner - unlike many IT service companies!

What I like most about 123Together.com is the reliability of their email service and customer support. I have been a customer for 2 years, and I have never had any major issue, my email is rock solid reliable. And the customer support is great, which was especially important to me when I first set up my account, purchased a new phone and a new computer, and later when I upgraded my account to Exchange 2007. Technical support had always been very strong – whether over the phone or via online chat. Comparing 123Together.com to other companies I do business with, their support is definitely of the most competent and easy to reach that I’ve seen.

We are a small non-profit agency and knew we wanted to use Microsoft Exchange. We debated about purchasing our own server and software and installing it in our office or having a hosting provider do it. One of our board members encouraged us to go with a hosted service and choosing 123Together.com is one of the best business decisions I have made. Since we began using 123Together.com, our service has been flawless. We use it continuously to access our calendars, emails and contacts and being able to sync those things with my phone while traveling is a must for me. 123Together.com provides an invaluable service and I am totally pleased. I can’t imagine why any company would want to use anyone but 123Together.com to implement Exchange at their business.
