I found Archive Compliance to have the best all round featureset and support infrastructure. The one time something went wrong, their engineers got right on it. Total downtime less than 2 hours. Sums it up really.

Paying for what you use is the ideal setup for my small business. I only have 5 agents, and other places wanted hundreds of dollars to support them. Here I pay for what I need, no fuss, no muss. I have been with them for almost six months and have yet to have any interruptions. I used to have weekly problems when using my own Exchange server. Software as a Service works for a business like mine, I don’t have the capital for IT equipment, so paying for hosted services makes much better sense. Who needs an IT department?

These guys know what they’re doing. They know the laws and the pitfalls. I’m not so worried about losing email, rather covering myself for e-discovery. Archive Compliance do it all for me, and I’m happy letting them.
