The service itself isn’t bad but the amount of storage they offer is way too low.

Despite using Exchange and Sharepoint, the service is quite good for a Windows based offering. They were initially a little woolly on the legal side of things, with not much literature about e-discovery and the extent of their cover, but they provided the information when we asked for it. No problems so far.
