I was attracted to these guys because of the very scalable nature of the product. I started off as a single user, being completely inept at technical stuff. Then moved on to a multi user plan. They use Postini antivirus and spam software, and even I know that’s good. The staff were helpful and didn’t seem to mind dealing with someone completely non-technical, although I haven’t tested them in a fault scenario yet.

I was refered to them by a friend because he said their support and service were outstanding. It is even better thn I expected. Easy to get a hold of a live person who can answer your questions. Great admin interface as well!
