If you can get past the amateurish site and bad name, the service is okay. Competitively priced with decent features. The GUI is intuitive and easy for staff to get to grips with and a 30 day money back guarantee is a good hook too. Although getting the system rolled out and configured took long enough that giving up after 30 days might seem a little rude. The only way I seem to be able to get emergency support is via an e-form. Not my idea of an emergency response. Time will tell if this is worth the money or not.

1) This company provides a horrible service. We were going to try the CRM demo but we have never installed it, for our surprise one month later they charged us the service which we have never used.
2) We have had several problems with Entourage; they did not solve any; our tech staff had to spend several hours to solve an issue which was their entire responsibility
3) if you are a serious company providing services to governments, large corporations this service is not for you

I recently migrated to SherWeb when they bought Dna mail. Simply put, I’ve been hardly able to work since the migration. First my email was down for a day, then once it was up, it was So incredibly slow that it’s nearly unusuable. I’ve timed the average to be 40 seconds to open and email and 60 seconds to toggle between email and calendar (in Outlook Exchange). Also, all tasks for the past two years, nearly all of which were deleted…thousands!…were brought back over as unfinished. This is a nightmare. And the customer service has been the worst I’ve ever seen. When I asked the rep what he could to to fix the task problem, he said “what do you want me to do about it?” I’m getting out of here as fast as I can find another provider (hopefully tonite). I warned them that I would write this but they didn’t seem to care. This Is The Worst Company I Have Ever Encountered!!!

Just had a very positive experience with Sherweb. With my MAC im usually having several problem to configure profile ! Not with Sherweb. Whoever own a MAC should look them up !
