We transitioned to SaaS over a year ago with The Message Center and haven’t looked back since. Decent mailbox sizes for the price point and the SLA has yet to be breached. I have yet to experience any downtime, but the predicted 99.9% uptime is reassuring. We have an all-in-one service that includes ActiveSync for our PDA’s and the BerrySync Service for the Blackberries. Now everyone is always up to date with the latest information and bid status. The Goodlink service means that everyone has real-time data on the move. Nobody has to wait until they dock their devices to receive the latest stock prices or information.
